Lunch:
1 cup romaine lettuce with 1/4 cup 2% milk Cheddar cheese, 2 slices bacon crumbled, 2 tablespoons light ranch (229 calories)
Dinner:
About 4oz. chili with beans, 1oz. cheddar cheese, and two buffalo chicken tenders with about an ounce of Ranch dressing (593 calories)
Total calories: 1,072
Exercise: Up the stairs, 60 minutes swift walking
Jenn, I am so proud of you! 8 lbs is awesome. I hope with going back to school you are still able to keep up the blogging. I am definitely not doing as well as you, but I am trying. Keep it up, girl, you are such an encouragement to me and to many others I am sure. *hugs* ~mickie~
