Day 31

Breakfast:
Fiber One 90 calorie bar

Lunch:
Medium Banana and cookie (175 calories)

Dinner:
Grilled Chicken, 1 cup lettuce, fat free ranch, shredded cheese, salsa
*** I ate my left overs from last night- 3 steak fries, and about 2oz. of chicken tenders with munster cheese on them. (588 calories)***


Total calories: 853
